Freedom Isn't Free Coffee utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. Customers pay only the cost of actual shipping; there is no mark-up. For USPS, Freedom Isn't Free Coffee utilizes Priority Shipping. Customers may desire faster shipping service, but must pay the extra cost for that expedited shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Freedom Isn't Free Coffee 100% guarantees the freshness and quality of its premium gourmet coffees. If you are not satisfied with your coffee purchase, please email us at contact@freedomisntfreecoffee.com, and we will make it right. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns due to regulations concerning returns of food and other perishable items.
